We are looking for a Chef de Rang capable of providing exceptional service in our restaurant. You will be responsible for managing a specific sector, ensuring our customers receive excellent service. Role and responsibilities;
- Supports all restaurant staff to provide the best possible service for customers;
- It helps to develop a harmonious working atmosphere by focusing on cooperation;
- Maintain professional and ethical relations with colleagues and clients;
- I am attentive to the needs of customers, taking care of the details of the service, as well as coordinating all the staff in the respective sectors;
- Helps in employment, management and training of new employees, ensuring a quality service;
- Guarantees high quality and fulfillment of standards;
- It is ensured that all items used are in order, clean and undamaged to be used;
- Fully familiar with the composition of all menu items;
- Serve food and drinks in accordance with the defined standards, but above all in a polite and professional manner;
- Responds correctly to customer requests;
- It is ensured that each subordinate staff fulfills and maintains the requirements of personal hygiene and clothing.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of work experience;
- To have communication skills and cooperation with the rest of the staff;
- Maintain professional relationships that match the company's own values and orientation;
- To have very good skills in managing and motivating dependent staff;
- Have excellent problem-solving skills;
- Have good organizational and planning skills;
- Availability to work different shifts, including weekends
