Introduction:
We are looking for friendly and organized Receptionists to welcome customers and manage reservations in our restaurant. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, making sure they feel welcome. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, a welcoming demeanor and the ability to manage bookings efficiently.
Role and responsibilities;
- Responsible for providing excellent customer service;
- It is ensured that customers have a positive experience from the moment they enter the restaurant until they leave;
- Warmly welcomes customers by inviting them to their table;
- Ensure that all restaurant reservations are managed accurately and efficiently;
- Responsible for answering customer calls for reservations, as well as the information they request;
- Serve as a bridge between customers and restaurant staff, ensuring that guests' needs are met in any concern or complaint;
- Accountability for cash transactions, which comes from delivery orders;
- Take care of keeping the receptionist's area as clean as possible, organized and well equipped with the necessary supplies, such as menus, reservation books, pens, etc.;
- Shows attention and responsibility to the needs of customers, handling their complaints and concerns in a professional manner;
- Reports to the restaurant manager all problems in case of need, to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in reception would be a plus;
- Knowledge of restaurant ethics;
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations;
- Language skills: English language
- Demonstrable customer service skills;
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent communication skills (via phone and in person);
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining and bar area;
- Availability to work shifts as needed.
